When will it be available?

The Single Information Submission Point will be available from 14 December 2027.

What is the Single Information Submission Point?

The Single Information Submission Point is a free, secure, online channel where individuals and organisations can share information about products or companies potentially linked to forced labour with a connection to the EU market. It is available in all official EU languages.

Information submitted will be assessed by the Commission and, where appropriate, by national authorities to identify and investigate potential violations. If an investigation confirms the use of forced labour, the product may be banned from the EU market.

What information can be submitted?

Anyone can submit information and evidence about products and companies suspected of being linked to forced labour, either directly or through an intermediary.
